1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Odds48 and its website, iOS and Android apps, features, data, tables, charts, scores, model outputs, and other content (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Odds48 provides

Odds48 is a sports-data and analytics service. It displays information such as sports schedules and results, betting-market odds and movement, exchange volumes, team form, injury information, historical performance, Predictive Model Score (PMS) outputs, and Tipster Picks.

Odds48 does not operate a sportsbook, accept or place wagers, hold betting funds, or execute gambling transactions. References to bookmakers, exchanges, odds, markets, stakes, profits, picks, tipsters, or betting are descriptive features of the data and do not turn the Service into a betting service.

3. Data interpretation—not betting advice

All Odds48 PMS Picks and Tipster Picks are outputs of data collection, statistical analysis, model rules, ranking methods, or interpretation of data. They are not personal opinions, personalized recommendations, or betting advice.

The words “pick,” “qualified pick,” “candidate,” “score,” “tipster,” “high,” “profit,” and similar labels describe analytical classifications or historical calculations only. They are not instructions, endorsements, guarantees, or recommendations to place a wager. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, or gambling advice.

4. No guarantee of accuracy or results

Sports and betting markets are inherently uncertain. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, corrected after publication, or affected by changes in odds, lineups, injuries, weather, scheduling, market liquidity, source feeds, and other events. PMS values and other displays may change as new information becomes available.

Past performance, win rates, rankings, and hypothetical returns do not guarantee or reliably predict future results. Any displayed “profit” or return is a historical or hypothetical calculation using the stated assumptions; it is not proof that a user achieved or could achieve that result.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odds48 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

5. Adult use and local law

You must be at least 18 years old—and at least the legal age for gambling where you live—to use betting-related portions of the Service. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you. The availability of sports-betting information does not mean that gambling is lawful in your location.

If you choose to gamble outside Odds48, that is your independent decision and at your own risk. Only use a properly licensed operator where legal. See Responsible Gambling for practical safeguards and support resources.

6. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify Odds48 through an official contact channel if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or comply with law.

7. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Service, interfere with its operation or security, access it through unauthorized automated means, attempt to obtain another user’s information, evade access controls, introduce malicious code, or use the Service in violation of law or another person’s rights.

Before posting in Matchday Chat on the website or either mobile app, you must accept the chat rules. Do not post harassment or bullying, hate speech or discrimination, threats or incitement to violence, sexually explicit content, child exploitation content, scams, spam, advertising, links, illegal content, or another person's private information. Do not impersonate others or evade a chat restriction.

Chat messages and usernames are visible to other chat participants. Messages are screened by automated rules, which can make mistakes and cannot identify every violation. We may remove content and suspend chat posting access for violations. Use the flag beside a message to report it or block its author; blocking hides that author's messages from your view and is not a service-wide ban. Contact info@odds48.com to raise a safety concern or appeal a restriction. Reports are reviewed and acted on as appropriate.

8. Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, design, branding, software, compilations, and model presentation are owned by or licensed to Odds48 and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except where law permits otherwise, you may not reproduce, scrape, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them without prior written permission.

9. Third-party content and links

The Service may include third-party data, logos, content, or links. Odds48 does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, terms, privacy practices, or transactions. A link, displayed price, or reference does not by itself imply endorsement, partnership, or a recommendation to use that third party.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Odds48 and its owners, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits or data, or betting or gambling losses arising from or related to the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Odds48 harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Service or material breach of these Terms.

12. Changes and availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and changing the effective date. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Privacy and severability

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
